12 oz egg noodles, cooked to your preference
1 lb ground Italian sausage
2 bell peppers, chopped
3 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ cup white cooking wine
28 oz can diced tomatoes (do not drain)
1 tbsp dried basil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley for garnish
